Founded by a killer team: Tomás Escobar, founder and only employee of Cuevana, Armando Bo, cinema director and Oscar Winner for ‘Birdman’, and Ariel Arrieta, former General Partner of NXTP.

While short-form drama has already reached scale (USD 12B in China, USD 3B outside China), Shorta takes a creator-native, genre-diverse approach, integrating talent with built-in audiences through a revenue-share model and expanding beyond romance into genres like horror, sci-fi and thriller.
